Applicants must typically have completed high-school through grade 12 at a private school or have matriculated from a government school and be at least age 16 or older.
(MBA, MEd, MPA, MPA, or MIT) Applicants must typically have completed a Bachelor Degree or its equivalent at a properly accredited college or university.
(BBA, BCS, or BEd) Applicants must typically have completed high-school through grade 12 at a private school or have matriculated from a government school and be at least age 17 or above; or alternatively have completed the one-year UFY programme at ILU.
(PhD) Applicants must typically have completed both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at properly accredited institutions in Myanmar or abroad.
A limited number of exceptions may be granted for students who couldn't complete prior degrees due to historical or financial restrictions. These students must display adequate skills to pass placement exams and interviews.
Additionally, they should document sufficient relevant work experience or publications to successfully undertake a Master's Degree.
Language courses may be enrolled in at any time by qualified applicants, contingent upon completing satisfactory placement examinations.
All prospective students at ILU must pass a live interview with the Admission Staff, or the Academic Dean, or the Rector to be granted admission.
